Shipping

Shipping is FREE on all decks and completes!!

We use two courier services. Castle Parcels and Courier Post. ALL items apart from longboard decks and completes and safety gear can be shipped by courier post. If you purchase, for example a deck and an item that qualifies for a charge in postage (e.g bushings, wheels, trucks), you will be refunded the postage amount if it has been applied to your order and your package will be sent via castle parcels. 

PLEASE NOTE: Courier time frames apply once confirmation of dispatch has been recieved.

Courier Post Cycle; Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.

You can track your order at http://www.castleparcels.co.nz/tracktrace.html.

We will advise you via email when your order will be processed. Also anything ordered on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will not be picked up by our courier till Monday morning. A tracking number will be issued to you via email once we process your order.

During public holidays and weekends, nothing will be shipped, however it will shipped the next available working day.

PLEASE NOTE: These time frames apply once you have confrimation of dispatch

Within Auckland- Next day delivery (except weekends)
North Island- 1-2 working days
South Island- 2-4 working days 

*Please allow an extra day or two for rural deliveries*

Courier Post

Courier Post guarentees next day deliveries to all major NZ cities and towns. Rural deliveries do take an extra day or two as with any other courier service. Overnight delivery applies once you have recieved confrimation of dispatch.

We cannot send decks, completes or safety gear via courier post as it would be too expensive. 

No weekend deliveries/public holidays

Payment Options

We take the following forms of payment:
Direct credit to our Bank Account.
Credit Card, Debit Card

Bank Account details as follows: 03 0104 0516044 000, Westpac
Payment via bank transfer needs to be paid within 7 days of purchase. If email regarding payment or payment has not been received within 7 days, then order will be cancelled and item/s will be listed for others to purchase. You will be notified via email. If you wish to re-purchase you can do so. We cannot send items until payment has been made.

Returns Policy

30 DAY INTERNET RETURN POLICY
We don't want you to be unhappy, as that makes us unhappy. We know that sometimes you get on a board and it just doesn't feel right. We want you to have peace of mind in knowing that you can always return your purchase for a full refund of the product price if, after holding it in your hands, you are not completely satisfied.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to Ultimate Boards within 30 days of delivery in its original, unused condition for a full refund of the product price. Or you can exchange for a completely different product. Your choice.

So this means no going out onto the street shedding, doing some slides and flip tricks etc then returning the board all busted up. That's not how it works. The returns policy is for products in their unused condition.
 

Returns

To arrange a return please contact us on email us at customerservice@ultimateboards.co.nz and we will arrange a
RETURN ADVISE NUMBER FOR YOU. Returns will not be accepted without this number. Returns received after the 30 day period are not accepted. In rare cases where we may accept the return after the 30 day period, your refund
amount will be the price on ultimateboards.co.nz at the time the return is processed, less a $15 or 30% restocking fee, whichever is greater.
